STEP: Primary winding on rotor
This page shows how to develop the rotor. The rotor contains the secondary coil of the rotary transformer. The winding contains 120 turns of a 0.3mm thick copper wire. It contains a transparent insulation.

Scratch a circle
Drill 3 holes at equal distance (Its good to use a stencil). Insert the bolts in the holes
Take 3 nut-bolts, Length = 2cm and diameter = 2mm
Create passage for Copper wire
Dont forget to put adesive tape on winding!
